The Challenge
The legacy platform had grown outdated and disjointed — with complex navigation, inconsistent user flows, and limited personalization. The company needed to align product accuracy with usability across global markets, while supporting distinct user types like engineers, buyers, and internal teams. Our challenge was to unify this ecosystem into one clear, intuitive, and technically precise experience that could scale with the business.
The Solution
We started by running stakeholder workshops and user interviews to define pain points and goals across buyer journeys. Through a focused Design Sprint, we aligned on a scalable direction and prototyped new flows for navigation, search, product discovery, and downloads. I introduced a responsive design system rooted in modular thinking — mirroring the architecture of Huber+Suhner’s own products. We also integrated localization, smart filters, CRM-ready lead forms, and precision-driven UX writing to meet the needs of a technical, global audience.
The Result
The redesigned platform delivered measurable improvements in product discovery and lead generation. Engineers found what they needed faster, while procurement specialists benefitted from clearer comparison tools and documentation access. Internally, the design system allowed for faster rollouts and stronger collaboration between product, marketing, and sales. Huber+Suhner now has a digital platform built for scale — structured, consistent, and aligned with the mindset of its users.
